Use this form to report a faulty streetlight or a faulty sign.

Council provides standard road signs, street name signs and signs that give direction to major destinations along our main roads, however if you were wanting to report any faulty signs that are managed by NZTA - Waka Kotahi then this must be done by contacting them directly (Phone 0800 444 449).
